   The Ground Breaking Service was held on February 17, 2004. The day was very cold with snow flurries. The ground was

frozen, making it difficult to dig. Pastor Russell Shaneyfelt welcomed everyone and thanked them for coming. Neighboring 

pastor, Rev. Roger Boyd read scriptures from the Bible and spoke to the 'cold congregation'.
